We stand by the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours of the appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
📝 Policy Details

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Our team will schedule a free touch-up within 48 hours, subject to availability.

We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to making it right.

Payments must be made in full for the service to be confirmed and provided.
💳 2. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
- We accept [credit/debit cards, cash, Venmo, etc.].
- Late payments may incur a $35 late fee.
✅ 1. Appointments & Access

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes, a lockout fee of $35 may apply.

Please ensure pets are secured and any alarms are disarmed before our arrival.
🔄 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $75.

No-shows or repeated last-minute changes may result in removal from our schedule.

Each service includes only the tasks agreed upon during booking.

Deep cleaning, baseboard scrubbing, or appliance interiors may be extra.

Services not on checklist are additional and extra charges may apply.

If conditions require more time or effort than expected (e.g., excessive clutter), additional charges may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe or poses health hazards (e.g., mold, pest infestation).

Our team will not handle human or animal waste, hoarding situations, or biohazards unless previously agreed upon.

For quality assurance, we may take photos of cleaned areas. No personal items or identifying features will be shown.
