General Areas (Living Room, Dining Room, Bedrooms, Hallways)
Remove all personal items, trash, and debris.
Dust all surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents.
Clean walls (spot clean scuffs, marks, cobwebs).
Clean and polish all mirrors and windows (inside and outside if accessible).
Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
Clean and sanitize light switches, doorknobs, and handles.
Check and clean vents, air returns, and heating/cooling units.
Kitchen
Clean and disinfect countertops and backsplash.
Clean and degrease stovetop, burners, oven (inside and out), and range hood/filter.
Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers.
Clean and disinfect sink and faucet.
Clean refrigerator (inside and out) and defrost if needed.
Clean dishwasher inside and out.
Mop floors thoroughly.
Remove trash and odors.
Bathrooms
Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets, counters, and backsplashes.
Clean and disinfect toilets, including base and behind.
Scrub and disinfect shower, bathtub, and tiles (remove soap scum, mold, mildew).
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
Clean and polish fixtures and hardware.
Mop floors thoroughly.
Empty and clean vanity cabinets and drawers.
Check and clean exhaust fans.
Bedrooms
Clean inside and outside of closets (wipe shelves, rods, and walls).
Vacuum carpets or mop floors.
Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards.
Windows & Doors
Clean windows inside and outside (if accessible).
Wipe down doors, door frames, and trim.
Clean door tracks and sliders.
Floors
Vacuum carpets thoroughly.
Spot clean carpet stains.
Mop and disinfect all hard floors (tile, hardwood, laminate).
Final Touches
Replace or clean air filters.
Check for any remaining debris and remove.
Air out rooms to remove odors.
Test smoke detectors (replace batteries if needed).
Leave any necessary documentation or keys in agreed location.

💳 2. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

- Late payments may incur a $35 late fee.

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes, a lockout fee of $35 may apply.

Please ensure pets are secured and any alarms are disarmed before our arrival.
🔄 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $75.

No-shows or repeated last-minute changes may result in removal from our schedule.

Each service includes only the tasks agreed upon during booking.

Deep cleaning, baseboard scrubbing, or appliance interiors may be extra.

Services not on checklist are additional and extra charges may apply.

If conditions require more time or effort than expected (e.g., excessive clutter), additional charges may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe or poses health hazards (e.g., mold, pest infestation).

Our team will not handle human or animal waste, hoarding situations, or biohazards unless previously agreed upon.
