Vacuum and/or sweep floors thoroughly to remove pet hair and dander
Mop hard floors with pet-safe cleaning solutions
Dust and wipe all surfaces (furniture, shelves, window sills) to remove pet hair and allergens
Clean under furniture where pet hair tends to accumulate
Wash or vacuum pet beds, blankets, and cushions
Remove pet hair from upholstery using a lint roller or pet hair remover tool
Clean and sanitize pet toys, feeding areas, and water bowls
Empty trash bins (including pet waste bins) and replace liners
Check and clean air vents or filters to reduce pet dander circulation

Clean litter boxes thoroughly; replace litter if necessary
Sanitize floors and surfaces around pet areas
Wash pet bedding and towels using pet-friendly detergents
Clean any pet-related messes or stains promptly

Use upholstery cleaner or pet-safe sprays on sofas and chairs
Vacuum cushions and under pillows

Our team will schedule a free touch-up within 48 hours, subject to availability.

- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

- Late payments may incur a $35 late fee.

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes, a lockout fee of $35 may apply.

Please ensure pets are secured and any alarms are disarmed before our arrival.
๐ 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $75.

No-shows or repeated last-minute changes may result in removal from our schedule.

Each service includes only the tasks agreed upon during booking.

Deep cleaning, baseboard scrubbing, or appliance interiors may be extra.

Services not on checklist are additional and extra charges may apply.

If conditions require more time or effort than expected (e.g., excessive clutter), additional charges may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe or poses health hazards (e.g., mold, pest infestation).

Our team will not handle human or animal waste, hoarding situations, or biohazards unless previously agreed upon.

For quality assurance, we may take photos of cleaned areas. No personal items or identifying features will be shown.
