Service Description

PAYMENT ARE TO BE MADE USING THE FOLLOWING SOURCES: CASH ONLY Provider Responsibility: -Provide all needed cleaning products and equipment. Cleaning to include the following: All Rooms: Dust Blinds, baseboards. -Dust reachable fans, light fixers, pictures and decor. -Vacuum all carpeted floors Air Vents, Clear smugges from walls, Mop all floors with a clean mop and water. -Remove trash and replace liner. Bedrooms: -Clean out closets, Clean baseboards Blinds, Slding glass door /tracks, remove fingerprints from walls, clean window sills, Bathrooms: -Clean shower(s) and tub(s). -Clean toilet(s). -Clean mirrors. -Clean sinks and faucets. -Cabinets cleaned out Kitchen: -Clean counter tops, stove top, and sink(s). -Clean appliance exterior, interior, under. -Clean interior/exterior cabinets. Customer Responsibility: -Provide clear and animal free area to perform chore. *NOTE: Does not include the removal of animal/human feces or bodily fluids. Customer may provide their personal cleaning supplies. *Policy : -There is a no refund policy for services. -If customer decides to cancel or reschedule a session, a credit issued for services to be redeemed for another date and time. -All services must be fully paid before scheduling. -Please give 24 hour notice if there is a need to reschedule. Same day Cancellation will result in $15 fee charged to your payment on file. Invoices are due same day, additional $15/day for each day unpaid invoice. If cleaners arrives on time and clients arrives late after 15 minutes the session will have to be rescheduled and $15 Tardy Payment will be charged. If cleaners arrive late than 5% will be refunded back to clients card on file ( inconvenience fee)Any additional time needed for cleaning will be $85/hr 1-2 cleaners


Cancelation Policy

*Policy : -There is a no refund policy for services. -If customer decides to cancel or reschedule a session, than there will be a credit issued for services to be redeemed for another date and time. -All services must be fully paid before scheduling. Services are to be paid via Cash app/Zelle/Venmo using phone number 5618996446 -Please give 24 hour notice if there is a need to reschedule. If cleaners arrives on time and clients arrives late after 15 minutes the session will have to be rescheduled.
