Cancellation Policy

Services are to be completed by the size of the home NOT by the amount of rooms that you are requesting to be cleaned. If your home is larger than the service booked than your session will be cancelled or additional fees will be owed. PAYMENT ARE TO BE MADE USING THE FOLLOWING SOURCES ZELLE ONLY: 561-294-5011 Once your payment has been received, your session will be confirmed and scheduled. Customer Responsibility: -Provide clear and animal free area to perform chore. *Policy : -There is a no refund policy for services. -If customer decides to cancel or reschedule a paid session, a credit issued for services to be redeemed for another date and time. -All services must be fully paid before scheduling. -Please give 24 hour notice if there is a need to reschedule. Same day Cancellation will result in $15 fee charged to your payment on file. If cleaners arrives on time and clients arrives late after 15 minutes the session will have to be rescheduled and $15 Tardy Payment will be charged. If cleaners arrive late than 5% will be refunded back to clients card on file ( inconvenience fee). Any additional time needed for cleaning will be owed accordingly.
